Their customer service refers to FAQ which doesn’t address my issue of No Alerts if my pet leaves wifi area or their version of virtual fence. With Whistle I would get txt alerts even if I didn’t have app open on my iphone.

The FI XS tracker is too big and heavy for your average cat. Everything on the app is geared to dogs, including the silly step counter target (like my barn cat needs a step count).
