Any suggestions on a really cute name for a male Ragdoll I am thinking about getting? My previous male Ragdoll was named Teddy Bear as that’s just what he looked like..a big, fluffy teddybear. I don’t want to name him a real name, just a made up one. Thanks! Marilyn

Yes,Yuan. Don’t ever let your kitty outside. They have very thick fur and if a tick or any bug gets into their fur, you will never see it. My Ragdoll had a small access and I never saw it until I was putting him. Also, brush his fur every day. Most of all, give him lots of hugs and kisses..

Many say, they’re inside with us like family when actually they’re not and they’re in an enclosed kennel or space for the duration of their 12 weeks before they are purchased

Google Ragdoll Rescue. The site will have what cats are available throughout the USA. Beware, though, read the entire introduction as other breeds/mixed Ragdolls are also on this site. I believe better to adopt and rescue than to shop. I have a purebred male Ragdoll that I adopted from the Humane Society.

I’d recommend looking for breeders in your local area and asking around.
