I find Purina Goumet makes my 7 year old she cat sleep for long periods after her feeds. She wake-up and seems okay but not her usual self but asks for more food after a while and I give her another sachet and she eats it all then goes back to sleep. I’ve tried other brands like whiskas and felix and she eats some and loses interest.
I’m concerned about her neeed for somuch sleep when she has Purina Gourmet wet food.

It has been found out that it exceed the daily intake required for health maintenance by more than ninefold. it can damage kidney function in healthy cats.
