Good question! We’re currently in the process of clarifying our rating system, so you’ll be able to read the details about how our ratings are determined soon. We’ll also be updating our reviews, so this rating may change. In this particular case, however, I was hesitant to give a perfect score to a brand I couldn’t find specific information about (ingredient sourcing, manufacturing practices, etc.).

Why would a product that over 10+ years has zero recalls get 8/10. What’s limiting it from getting a higher rating? What is better than no recalls?
