I have found their customer service to be pretty good. I don’t like that I can’t buy the food in the store though. And after reading this article, I worry about my cat not getting enough hydration.

In reply to Rina. My cat loved the sample bag I purchased when signing up for my pretty litter. Just like the person above stated; when opening the bag my Amieda runs and practically begs for her Pretty please food. Now if I could just find out how to add it to my subscription!? 🥰

Dropping my subscription asap! Other litters and cat food brands are less expensive and same quality. Don’t see justification for buying this brand.

Your website is horrible. Why can’t I just buy cat food, dry, by the bag when I don’t want treats or wet cat food.

Both (Siamese/Tonkinese) cats seem to enjoy this kibble. Hoping it helps with litter box odor as it states.
Target has it on mark-down and questioning Why? Hope there’s not a recall.
