I gave my cat the Special Kitty Tuna Dinner Pate this morning, when I dumped the can out in his dish the entire bottom of the Pate was crawling with worms (SO Gross) I didn’t see it anywhere else in the food just at the very bottom. I immediately threw it in the garbage. I have bought this brand before and never had any problem with it, but I will not be buying it again. The can expiration date was dated February 12, 2028.

I don’t know what you do to this food,but I have a lot of cats to feed. And they turn up their nose and walk away. I will not spend another dollar on this crap.

In reply to Jay. I feed feral cats that I had neutered. They are now refusing to eat Special Kitty ever since the formula was changed. In this day of profit before health insurance don't know what to feed them now. I also give the dry meow mix,.

Mine walk away when ever I open the can, any of them? they use to love the beef when it was in the squares I don’t understand this? I end up throwing it out the next day, neither will eat it… male or female one is outside cat, the other is inside cat.

I'm so sorry to hear of your loss, because of financial reasons I've had to buy a low cost dry cat food so I purchased SPECIAL Kitty complete nutrition in chicken and turkey flavor and my cat has been vomiting ever since so I will have to go back to what I was feeding her previously so in trying to save money I am now spending more money but my cat's health is worth it

Special kitty cat food is poison. My poor cat began pulling all of his hair out till his whole back was nothing but bloody skin. It looked so painful. It was uncontrollable , he couldn’t help it. Even with a cone on he’d find a way… The moment I stopped feeding him this Walmart garbage-he stopped pulling out his hair. What a foul family to do this to animals to get rich.

Had two cats die within 3 days of each other after eating Special Kitty Mixed Grill canned cat food. If you love your cats do not feed them this garbage. My Main Coon Skye & My Himalayan Meshia.
2019 recall symptoms were the same exact symptoms my cars experienced
Nausea, excessive salivation, diarrhea, vomiting, staggering, seizures and death. Still happening 4 years later.
I an beyond livid!
