Hi Vicki, we don’t collect credit card information for any reason. Maybe try asking your credit card company for more details about what the charge was for?

I don’t see why it shouldn’t work in a multi-cat home–it does fine with my three cats. I think the only difference between the vanilla and lavender is the scent, so it would come down to which scent you prefer. They’re both pretty light, not overwhelming.

It’s possible, formula changes happen from time to time. It’s also possible that your cat’s tastes have changed. Have you tried offering your cats wet food? If they’ve gotten bored with Hill’s dry food they might find the texture of wet food appealing.
