Breathe in, breathe out. It’s so simple, something we do every day without thought, but bringing intention to your breath can elicit beautiful results.
The necklace and earrings can be bought as a set or separately. They are weightless, effortless. After a few minutes they become almost imperceptible, but are present to serve as a reminder when needed.
These pieces make a beautiful and meaningful gift to anyone, but were crafted with my doula and massage clients in mind. My role, in so many ways, is to aid people in connecting with their bodies and breath is one of the first and most effective ways to do so.
